Will it fit my shower?
It fits standard US shower arms (1/2" thread). Most showers in the US use this size. It screws on by hand – wrap a little plumber's tape around the thread if you see a drip.
How long does a filter last?
About 3 months for most households. Replace it sooner if you notice the water pressure dropping or you shower a lot.
How do I change the filter?
Unscrew the face of the shower head, pull out the old cartridge, drop in the new one and screw it back on. It takes under a minute.
What's inside the filter?
Layers of stainless steel mesh, PP cotton, coconut activated carbon, KDF 55 and mineral beads.
Does it lower water pressure?
The rain-style face spreads the water out, so it feels softer than a narrow jet. Pressure stays steady while the filter is fresh.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every US order. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 5–10 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email.
Where do I get refills?
Refills come in a 2-pack for $49 – about six months of filtered showers. Automatic refill delivery is coming soon.
